Positioning One’s Heart



A word of explanation:  The sermon did not give directions for a specific way to position your hands, but spoke about how the positioning of one’s hands during prayer has changed since the early Church.  Thus today some pray with folded hands at their mid-section; some with raised hands, palms facing up and shoulder-with apart; and other variations.  What way is the ‘correct’ way: SINCERITY.
